SAMCO SIGNS AGREEMENT ON COOPERATION ON SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH – TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER AND TRAINING

To implement the strategy of intensifying high-grade human resourses for the coming years, the SAMCO Corporation signed an agreement in principle on cooperation on scientific research, technology transfer, training, and scholarship support with the Mien Dong University of Technology (MUT) on 24 November 2018.

Mr. Ho Trong Tien - corporate Deputy General Director - signs an agreement in principle with the university’s rector.

In the cooperation, the Mien Dong University of Technology (MUT) will refer to SAMCO some of its experts and engineers with high qualifications. Accordingly, SAMCO will consider recruiting some of them, who are eligible graduates in the automotive technology, to supplement the corporation’s highly qualified human resourses. Addirionally, SAMCO will offer its suggestions to MUT regarding developing the university’s training programs (including regular tertiary education programs, diploma 2 as well as postgraduate education for ologies related to automotive engineering)

Also on this occasion, the corporation awarded grants to disadvantaged students with excellent academic results as tuition assistance and partial assistance in cost of living. The total amount offered on this occasion in support of the school’s scholarship fund was worth VND 50,000,000.

The agreement in principle on the cooperation between SAMCO and MUT on scientific research – technology transfer and training is a breakthrough to implement SAMCO’s HR development strategy for the coming years.
