Welcome to 2017 Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (09/11/2017)

On a periodical basis, the SAMCO Law news-letter editorial board wishes to extend to esteemed readers law news-letter No. 47 – November 2017.

The SAMCO Law newsletter of this month conveys to esteemed the regulations of the Criminal Code on criminal liabilities of legal entities and other updated law information.
