ISUZU AN LAC WINS FIRST TEAM PRIZE AND HIGH INDIVIDUAL PRIZES IN ISUZU TECHNICAL SKILL CONTEST

On 26 May 2018, Isuzu Vietnam held the 15th Isuzu Technical Skill Contest.

60 contestants being eminent technicians, spare parts advisors, and service advisors selected from 17 I-TRUCK (truck segment) and D Square (7-seat pickup trucks) dealers across the country.

The contest comprised theoretic and practical tests in vehicle repair skills, which required the contestants’ knowledge of high technology using a specialized software as well as their expertise in spare parts and after-sales services. Through this, Isuzu Vietnam can orient itself by focusing on improving aftersales service quality, thereby serving customers more effectively.

Isuzu An Lac Auto Service Enterprise (the SAMCO Corporation’s affiliated enterprise) excellently won the 1st team prize and high individual prizes including:

• Mr. Thai Minh Trung - winner of the 1st prize for Spare Parts Advisor;
• Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Han and Mr. Dang Quang Thanh - winners of the 2nd prizes for Technician;
• Nguyen Thanh Tuan - winner of the 3rd prize for Service Advisor.

After the national contest in Vietnam, the prize winners are going to continue to be intensively trained to represent Isuzu Vietnam in the Isuzu Global Technical Skill Contest (l-1GP) to be held in Japan and Thailand in the coming time.
