INDUSTRIAL AND MOTOR SERVICE ENTERPRISE AS WINNER OF MITSUBISHI NATIONAL SKILLS CONTEST 2018

In order to improve sales and service skills toward improving service quality and customer satisfaction, Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam organized the Mitsubishi Skills Contest 2018 for nationwide Mitsubishi-authorized dealers. This is a periodic contest to evaluate skills and knowledge of the dealers. It is also an occasion for the dealers to share each other’s experience and skills for better customer service.

A general view of the contest

Going through two contest rounds with other contestants of 27 teams, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc - a service advisor of the Industrial and Motor Service Enterprise (an affiliate of the Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corporation - SAMCO) - won the 2nd prize for Service Advisor at the final round of the national-level Mitsubishi Skills Contest 2018 conducted on 25 August 2018.

Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc - a service advisor - wins the 2nd prize for Service Advisor.

Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc has worked at the enterprise for many years and gained lots of work experience. Earlier, in 2016, he was a national-level winner of the 1st prize of the Service Advisor Skills Contest conducted by Mercedes-Benz Vietnam.
